Thank you for choosing our Signature Acuity Booking & Design package. We're excited to help you create a professional, branded online booking experience for your beauty business.

Step 1: Create Your Acuity Scheduling Account

Visit Acuity Scheduling to review the available subscription plans and create your account.

  • Register using your own business email address.
  • Choose the subscription that best fits your business needs.
  • Complete your purchase directly through Acuity.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.

Important: Your Acuity subscription is separate from your $499 design and setup fee. Your account, subscription, and booking information remain under your ownership.

Step 2: Prepare Your Business Information

Please have the following information ready:

  • Business name and contact email
  • Business logo and brand colors
  • Service names, descriptions, prices, and durations
  • Business hours and appointment availability
  • Booking, cancellation, deposit, and late-arrival policies
  • Business photos or other approved images
  • Social media links

Step 3: Complete Your Onboarding Questionnaire

You'll receive a questionnaire requesting the information needed to configure your booking system.

Please complete all applicable sections and upload your branding materials.

Step 4: Grant Account Access

Once your Acuity account is active, we'll provide instructions for granting SBN Beauty Business Solutions the appropriate access to complete your setup.

Please do not send passwords through email or client portal messages.

Step 5: Design & Configuration

We'll configure your booking services, scheduling availability, policies, and customer-facing booking page according to your selected package.

We'll also create a branded visual design for your Acuity booking experience.

Step 6: Review & Approval

Once your booking system is ready, you'll receive instructions for reviewing it.

We'll complete the revisions included in your service agreement and test the booking process before final approval.

Step 7: Final Handoff

After approval and completion of your payment obligations, your booking system will be handed over with instructions for managing your appointments and updating your services.

Your Acuity account remains yours, and SBN Beauty Business Solutions will not require ongoing access after project completion.
